The sentence "and as amended by the revised site plan submitted to the City Council on April 23, <br />1991" should be added to #55. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />#91-04-087 declaring conditions of Conditional Use Permit for Aluminum Recycling, Inc.'s <br />aluminum processing plant. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer and Peterson. Voting <br />No: CouncilmemberHardin. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case # 6: Request for Site Plan Approval; Case of Glen Rychner, Aluminum <br /> Recycling, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to table this request <br />until City Staff has had time to develop a site plan agreement based on the conditions of the <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case #7: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Operate a Groundwater <br /> Pump-Out and Treatment Facility; Case of Waste Management of <br /> Minnesota, Inc. <br /> <br />Merland Otto stated that Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. (WMMI) applied for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to develop and operate a groundwater pump-out and treatment system. The proposal is <br />part of the response action which WMMI is obligated to under the Consent Order entered into with <br />MPCA on May 30, 1985. He gave a brief description of the proposed operation. He added that <br />WMMI had conducted a neighborhood informational meeting with residents of Hunter's Hill to <br />present their proposal and to receive comments from residents. The majority of residents attending <br />that meeting signed a petition stating their support for the project. Mr. Otto stated that there were <br />no persons expressing concern of opposition at the public hearing held on April 2, 1991 and that <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the f'mdings of fact and the CUP. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to amend #3 of the <br />resolution declaring findings of fact to read "That minutes of the public hearing are referenced..." <br />instead of "are attached hereto". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />#91-04-088 declaring Findings of Fact g0296 relating to WMMrs request for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for a groundwater pump out and treatment system. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None.
