Case #15: Introduce Ordinance Establishing Operating Rules for the Horse Care <br /> Commission <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to introduce Ordinance itc)1- <br />XX adding Section 2.09 entitled "Horse Care Commission" to Chapter 2 entitled "Council, Boards <br />and Commissions" of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case #16: Mad Mac's Auto Sales <br /> <br />Ms. l~rolik explained that Mad Mac's Auto Sales had received approval for new consnmction in the <br />spring of 1990 and was granted an extension until the fall of 1991 to complete the improvements. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry, Council indicated that the City would honor the development terms agreed to and in <br />accordance with the zoning that was in place at the time of Mad Mac's site plan approval. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Landfill Siting <br /> <br />The landfill siting issue was discussed briefly and it was decided it would be appropriate to contact <br />Senator Dahl and/or Representative Lynch. Councilmember Peterson offered to be the contact <br />person and will report information back to City Council. <br /> <br />2 ) Workshop <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer asked to have the tentative Council/Staff Workshop rescheduled from June <br />1, 1991. <br /> <br />3 ) Donation/Ramsey Lions <br /> <br />The City Council publicly thanked the Ramsey Lions Club for their generous donation of $4,000 <br />to the City for the purchase of new chairs for the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None.
