✓ariance Request <br />2) Variance Request — Rear Set Back <br />Bowers Mississippi Acres was plotted in 1948 and consists of 32 lots of similar shape and area. <br />Subsequent regulations have a minimum of a 200 foot rear Set Back. This is not met by any of <br />the lots in the development. As these regulations were not in place at the time of the plats were <br />developed we feel it would be an undue hardship to enforce these regulations at this time. We <br />here by request a variance allowing for us to build a home on the site with a rear Set Back not to <br />be less than 137' form ordinary high water mark. This is the mid point between the two homes <br />constructed on the adjacent lots at 14730 and 14750.
