Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case ~eT: Adopt ordinance to Vacate Outlot B, Countryside Estates <br /> <br />On June 25, 1991, a public hearing was held and an ordinance was introduced regarding vacation <br />of the North 320 feet of Outlot B, Countryside Estates. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gilbertson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution/t91- <br />0'7-159 adopting Ordinance'//91-13 permitting the vacation of the North 320 feet of Outlot B, <br />Countryside Estates. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmember Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case #8: <br /> <br />Trunk Water and Sewer and Lateral Public Improvements for Cedar <br />Hills, Chestnut Hills, Windemere Woods, Wood Pond Hills, <br />Chestnut Pond and Fleischer's 2nfl Additions <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that the Ramsey City Council re-initiated the public <br />improvement process for trunk water and sewer and lateral public improvements for Cedar Hills, <br />Chestnut Hills, Windemere Woods, Wood Pond Hills, Chestnut Pond and Fleischer's 2nd <br />Additions. The reason for the re-initiation is because the improvements have to be initiated within <br />12 months of the resolution ordering such improvements. The City has received signed petitions <br />for Windemere Woods, Cedar Hills and Wood Pond Hills Additions. There will be a 60-day <br />waiting period on the remaining projects unless petitions are received. Mr. Schroeder noted that a <br />tax increment analysis had been done for these projects. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />~:91-07-160 receiving petition for the improvement of the extension of sanitary sewer and water for <br />Windemere Woods Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
