CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Randy Bauer <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Matthew Maul <br />Commissioner Cindy Nosan <br />Commissioner Gary VanScoy <br />Commissioner Joseph Field <br />Development Services Manager Timothy Gladhill <br />Associate Planner/Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Assistant to the City Administrator Patrick Brama <br />Chairperson Levine called the regular meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners VanScoy, Brauer, Bauer, <br />Maul, and Nosan. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Field. <br />4.
