Insurance Service Agreement <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Compensation for Services: <br /> <br />As compensation for the services described above, the City of Ramsey agrees to pay <br />T. C. Field & Company an annual fee of $3,500 for services for property, liability <br />and auto coverages. All fees are in addition to premiums charged and are due at <br />the inception of the agreement. The City of Ramsey hereby directs the LMCIT not <br />to include any allowance for an agent's fee in quoting and billing the city's <br />premiums for property, liability and auto coverages. <br /> <br />This fee agreement does not include compensation for agent services for Workers <br />Compensation coverages. Premiums for Workers Compensation coverages do <br />include a commission to T. C.
