CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - TRAPPERS RIDGE <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the CITY"), and TRILOGY HOMES, INC., <br />whose address is 6017 167th Ave. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303, (the "DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The north 780.07 feet of the east 526.49 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the south 333.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as <br />measured at right angles to the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter which lies westerly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter; thence north 89 degrees 02 minutes 35 seconds west, assumed bearing, <br />along the south line thereof 527.06 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be <br />herein described; thence north 29 degrees 10 minutes 38 seconds west 358.04 feet <br />to the north line of said south 333.00 feet and there terminating.
