a. Altering 34% or less of the gross exterior wall surface area <br />b. Altering more than 50% of the building interior <br />c. Expanding parking lot or impervious surface <br />d. Resurfacing parking lot or imperious surface <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Non-Conforming Uses. Property that exceeds the 25% total gross building <br />square footage restriction upon the effective date of this ordinance shall be considered a <br />legal non-conforming use. Any legal non-conforming building shall not be enlarged or <br />reconstructed to a size that exceeds the 25% square footage restriction established in this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Subd. 9. Termination. A special use permit shall terminate upon the occurance of any of <br />the following events; whichever occurs first: <br /> <br />a. Acquisition of the property for the improvements to U.S. <br /> Highway 10; or <br />b. A violation of conditions and subsequent revocation of permit <br /> in accordance with procedures provided in section 9.04.04; or <br />c.
