Olson, Assistant Director of Public Works/Principal City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On September 25, 2003 the City Council approved the final plat of the Ramsey Town Center. <br />The approval of the RTC final plat was contingent upon working out the details of the easements <br />that are recorded along the south side of the plat. <br /> <br />Attached is an agreement that has been written by the Developer and agreed to by both Qwest <br />and Connexus for your consideration, The exhibit drawings referred to in the agreement are also <br />attached. The city attorney is reviewing the agreement and may have additional information for <br />consideration at the Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adding the stipulation that the agreement will be for 5 years.
