15) Successors and Assigns. It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Agreement herein contained shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Connexus, the City, RTC, and their respective successors and assigns. 16) Authority. Each of the undersigned parties warrants that it has full authority to execute this Agreement and each individual signing this Agreement on behalf of a corporation hereby warrants that he or she has full authority to sign on behalf of the corporation that he or she represents and to bind such corporation thereby. 17) Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior negotiations and agreements regarding the subject matter hereof. 18) Amendment. No change, amendment or modification to or waiver of any provisions of this Agreement shall be valid unless such change, amendment, modification or waiver is in writing and signed by all parties to this Agreement (or, in the case ora waiver, by the party granting the waiver). 19) Notices.
