Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on December 16, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock <br /> <br />P,M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br /> PUBLIC (CHARTER) SCHOOL PROJECT; <br />GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL THERETO AND TO THE <br />ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW <br />(PACT CHARTER SCHOOL PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br /> , and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1598059v2 <br /> <br /> <br />
