CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:36 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Review of 2014 General Fund Budget and Tax Levy <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report, explaining the purpose of this item is to come to <br />a final determination of the 2014 General Fund Budget and Levy prior to final adoption on <br />December 10, 2015. She noted the Finance Committee reviewed the 2014 General Fund budget <br />at its November 12, 2013 meeting and recommended that staff bring three budget options to the <br />Council's Work Session based on various tax capacity rate options.
