Chairperson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-1- A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CHAD AND MELISSA FOSSUM AT 14981 PERIDOT ST. NW (PERMITTEES) TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS oF SAME. WHEREAS, Chad and Melissa Fossum (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 and Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure and to infringe on the front yard setback requirement on the P.roperty generally known as 14981 Peridot St. NW and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Pineview Estates, Anoka. County, Minnesota (Subject Property). AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on January 2, 2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to the front yard setback for an accessory structure and to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby denied. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secOnded by Board Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the.
