HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Housing and Redevelopment Authority conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 25, <br />2014, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Pro Tem Chairperson Chris Riley <br />Commissioner Jill Johns <br />Commissioner Mark Kuzma <br />Commissioner Sarah Strommen <br />Commissioner Jason Tossey <br />Members Absent: Chairperson Randy Backous <br />Commissioner John LeTourneau <br />Also Present: <br />Executive Director Ted LaFrance <br />Deputy Executive Director Timothy Gladhill <br />City Administrator Kurt Ulrich <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Commissioner Strommen called the regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority to order at 7:59 p.m. She noted that because both Chairperson Backous and Vice <br />Chairperson LeTourneau are absent, there is need to appoint a Pro Tem Chairperson for tonight's <br />meeting. <br />ELECTION OF PRO TEM CHAIRPERSON <br />Nomination by Commissioner Strommen, seconded by Commissioner Johns, to appoint <br />Commissioner Riley as Pro Tem Chairperson for tonight's meeting. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Strommen, Johns, Kuzma, and Tossey. Voting <br />No: None. Abstain: Pro Tem Chairperson Riley. Absent: Chairperson Backous and <br />Commissioner LeTourneau. <br />2.
