CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 04/08/2014 <br />By: Ted LaFrance, Administrative Services <br />4. 9. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Introduce Ordinance Authorizing and Ratifying the Sale of City Real Estate <br />Purpose/Background: <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize and ratify the City of Ramsey's conveyance of certain real <br />properties that the Council determined are no longer necessary for the City's purposes. It is in the best interests of <br />the City and its residents to sell the properties on the open market. This Ordinance is specifically ratifying the <br />Council's approval on February 11, 2014, to sell two residential lots (6203 Rivlyn and Vicuna/178th) to Homes of <br />Influence, LLC. The approval of this Ordinance is required by and follows City Charter section 12.5.
