CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 04/08/2014 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />4. 13. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #14-04-072 Granting Request for Release of Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES <br />4TH ADDITION on Lot 7, Block 1, Alpaca Estates 4th Addition <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City has received a request from Ramsey -Arbor Properties, LLC for a release of Development Agreement for <br />ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Lot 7, Block 1, Alpaca Estates 4th Addition. This Development <br />Agreement was recorded in 1997, and all obligations of said Agreement have been completed. Ramsey -Arbor <br />Properties is requesting the release to clean existing encumbrances on the property. <br />This site is the location adjacent toRamsey Commons/US Bank. The Council previously approved a similar request <br />on the adjacent lot.
