Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-04-072 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION ON LOT 7, BLOCK 1, ALPACA ESTATES 4TH <br />ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, on March 12, 2007, the City entered into a Development Agreement for <br />required improvements and obligations for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, all required improvements and obligations of said Agreement have been <br />satisfied. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants the release of the Development Agreement <br />for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION to LOT 7, BLOCK 1, ALPACA ESTATES <br />4TH ADDITION. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 8th day of April 2014. <br />Mayor <br />
