<br />HRA Commissioner Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-04-067 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE OF RESIDENTIAL PARECLS OWNED BY THE <br />RAMSEY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority, herein referred to as <br />the “Ramsey HRA”, owns various parcels throughout the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey HRA of the City of Ramsey is authorized to approve the sale of <br />said parcels <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Ramsey HRA has received and negotiated a formal offer for the <br />purchase of said parcels as legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, COR THREE <br />Lot 2, Block 1, COR THREE <br />Lot 3, Block 1, COR THREE <br />Lot 4, Block 1, COR THREE <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY HRA OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey HRA hereby approves the sale of four residential parcels located at <br />14887, 14875, 14865 and 14853 Zeolite St. NW commonly referred to as North <br />Commons in the COR to Purmort Homes, Inc. for a total of $154,000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by HRA <br />Commissioner LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br /> Chairman Backous <br /> Commissioner Riley <br /> Commissioner LeTourneau <br /> Commissioner Johns <br /> Commissioner Kuzma <br /> Commissioner Stommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
