26. Does the plan amendment include any land within the designated Mississippi National River <br />and Recreation Area (MNRRA) and Critical Area boundaries? <br />X <br />Not Applicable, not a community within MNRRA or CA boundaries. <br />No, site is not within MNRRA or CA boundaries. <br />Yes, describe how Critical Area guidelines and voluntary MNRRA Comprehensive <br />Management Plan policies are being addressed. This amendment will redesignate the <br />land in question as Low Density Residential. As part of the 2001 Comprehensive <br />Plan, the City redesignated this land as Places to Work. However, after further <br />review and citizen input, the City has decided that the land use designation should <br />be changed back to Low Density Residential. There are currently 7 residences <br />located on the Subject Property. Nothing is changing nor is new development being <br />proposed as part of the this CPA. <br />Housing <br />27. Complete the following table if the amendment changes the amount of land available city <br />wide for new medium and high density residential development or redevelopment through <br />2010. <br />Not Applicable, no sewered residential land use changes. <br />n may mean an that is identified for in II or redevelopment. <br />Implementation <br />28.
