NAME: (Printed) " Q4-11 i t-05T - S Cl
Signature
Mt 08 VERY 01/1?©21ram
EACH OWNER(S) NEEDS TO WRITE A VERY CLEAR STATEMENT (giving as much detail as
possible) OF THE REASON(S) WHY YOU HAVE CHOSEN OR NOT CHOSEN `E', `MIXED USE',
OR `R'!!!! IT IS JUST AS VITAL AND IMPORTANT THAT THE CITY COUNCIL SEE AND
HEAR EVERYONE'S COMMENTS!!!!
$ivlyn Av NW is a dead -end street snuggled in along the Mississippi River just off HWY #10 on the
eastern border of the city of Ramsey, and, for your information, has only one access street.
Rivlyn began as a quiet street of single family dwellings, until the city of Ramsey silently granted
empowerment to a landowner several years ago to sell his residential site to a business for commercial
purposes That, in effect, created what we now have as our one and only public access street, the
Tungsten tunnel a proceed- with - caution section of our public access street, used more aptly as a
commercial loading dock for that same business.
You see, we know what happens in the city of Ramsey when adjacent homeowners are not given public
notice and /or information concerning city planning that may well affect their adjacent properties.
It is my understanding that this current rezoning issue is now again, a similar situation for seven (7)
homeowners along Rivlyn Av.
Please, councilmenbers, do your homework and leave the existing property on Rivlyn Av now zoned
residential, residential, and change the seven (7) properties under consideration for rezoning back to that
same residential classification.
Please do not allow E's or Mixed Use zoning on Rivlyn Av.
I, for one, want Rivlyn Av to remain a residential only street - would be an "R", as in Rivlyn.
Telephone # 62.5-6 ' 7 3 • `Jz7.
