7080.1850 INDIVIDUAL SUBSURFACE SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS 28 <br />D. the estimated depth of periodically saturated soil layer, bedrock, or flood elevation, if <br />appropriate; <br />E. the proposed elevation of the bottom of the soil treatment and dispersal system; <br />F. anticipated construction -related issues; <br />G. the name, address, telephone number, and certified statement of the individual conducting <br />the site evaluation; <br />H. an assessment of how known or reasonably foreseeable land use changes are expected to <br />affect system performance, including, but not limited to, changes in drainage patterns, increased impervious <br />surfaces, and proximity of new water supply wells; <br />I. a narrative explaining any difficulties encountered during the site evaluation, including but <br />not limited to identifying and interpreting soil and landform features and how the difficulties were resolved; <br />and <br />J. a notation of any differences between observed soil characteristics and those identified in <br />the soil survey report. <br />Statutory Authority: MS s 115.03; 115.55 <br />History: 32 SR 1347 <br />Published Electronically: October 10, 2013 <br />7080.1750 DESIGN PHASE II. <br />Subpart 1. System sizing. If construction of additional dwellings or bedrooms, the installation of <br />water -using devices, or other factors likely to affect the operation of the ISTS can be reasonably anticipated, <br />the system must be designed to accommodate these factors. <br />Subp. 2. Design flow. The estimated design flow for any dwelling must provide for at least two <br />bedrooms.
