In accordance with the authority granted in Minnesota <br />Statutes, chapters 103F, 103G, 115, and 116, the Pollution Control Agency, hereinafter referred to as the <br />agency, provides minimum environmental protection standards for MSTS as defined in this chapter. <br />These standards shall be adopted countywide and administered and enforced by local units of <br />government as directed by chapter 7082 and Minnesota Statutes, section 115.55. <br />Copyright ©2014 by the Rev <br />so <br />of Statutes, State of Minnesota.
