7083.0730 SSTS CREDENTIALING AND PRODUCT REGISTRATION 6 <br />7083.0710 CATEGORIES, AUTHORIZATIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES. <br />Except as described in part 7083.0700, an individual or business must not perform the services <br />described in this chapter and chapters 7080 to 7082 unless licensed by the commissioner under the <br />appropriate license category in parts 7083.0720 to 7083.0800. <br />Statutory Authority: MS s 115.03; 115.55 <br />History: 32 SR 1420 <br />Published Electronically: March 11, 2011 <br />7083.0720 REQUIREMENTS FOR SSTS LICENSED BUSINESSES. <br />A licensed business must: <br />A. ensure that all SSTS work is conducted according to applicable requirements; <br />B. ensure that the business's certified individuals or apprentices fulfill the conditions under <br />parts 7083.0710 to 7083.0800; <br />C. designate an adequate number of certified individuals to meet the requirements under this <br />chapter; <br />D. maintain the bond and insurance required under part 7083.1000; <br />E. prepare and submit written reports according to local ordinance requirements and <br />requirements in this chapter and chapters 7080 and 7081; <br />F. notify the commissioner in writing within 30 days if the business has: <br />(1) a change of address; <br />(2) a change in certified individuals; or <br />(3) a change in bond or insurance coverage; and <br />G. maintain all reports for a minimum of five years. <br />Statutory Authority: MS s 115.03; 115.55 <br />History: 32 SR 1420 <br />Published Electronically: March 11, 2011 <br />7083.0730 REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFIED INDIVIDUALS. <br />A certified individual must: <br />A. provide direct and personal supervision to noncertified employees working on an SSTS; <br />B. ensure the work completed meets applicable requirements; and <br />C. complete a certified statement for required reports. <br />Statutory Authority: MS s 115.03; 115.55 <br />History: 32 SR 1420 <br />Published Electronically: March 11, 2011 <br />Copyright ©2014 by the Rev <br />so <br />of Statutes, State of Minnesota.
