QUITE ZONE ALPINE DRIVE <br />Special Conditions <br />The project needs to be completed by June 9, 2014 <br />Contractor is responsible for completing the safety -training program for <br />all personnel working in the railroad right-of-way as required by the <br />railroad. Website http://www.contractororientation.com <br />Contractor will be required to follow Section 5 in the attached sheets. <br />Billing for the Railroad flagger will be sent to and paid for by the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />There needs to be appropriate signing during construction refer to the <br />MN MUTCD Manual. Alpine Drive is to remain open at all times. This <br />will require contractor's flaggers to be able to communicate with each in <br />the event that one lane is shut down requiring 2 way traffic in one lane. <br />There will be some concrete and bituminous saw cutting and removal. <br />The contractor will be required to remove excess material from the site. <br />In the event that more concrete or bituminous is broken or chipped <br />during removal the contractor at their expense will recut and repair an <br />approved section. <br />
