Staff estimates about 3 total acres will be available for <br />development. Staff anticipates combining all properties into one lot with access from 147th. <br />Zoning for these properties will include architectural standards from The COR retail zoning districts; and setback <br />standards from the City's standard B-2 zoning district. <br />NOTES: The Ramsey EDA did provide funding for the purchase of 8020 147th Ave NW. This property listing will be <br />brought back to the EDA in June for comments. In order to market and sell these properties, various housecleaning, <br />legal and predevelopment research may need to occur. This work is proposed to be managed by the EDA. A pro -rated <br />share of proceeds from the sale of this listing will be dedicated to the Ramsey EDA Fund —per previous Council <br />discussions and policy level agreements (8020 Nordvick share only). <br />
