<br />• A comprehensive Water System Study was completed in 2004
<br />• A comprehensive Sanitary Sewer System Study was completed in 2004
<br />• A Central Rural Reserve Study was completed in 2006
<br />• A Housing Supply and Needs Analysis Draft Report along with a Housing Survey was completed
<br />in 2007
<br />• A Comprehensive Housing Plan was completed in 2008
<br />• A Health Impact Assessment (HIA) for Ramsey was completed in 2008
<br />• A Natural Resources Inventory was completed in 2008
<br />• A Surface Water Management Plan was completed in 2008
<br />Demographic Information
<br />The demographic information was collected by utilizing information from the Metropolitan Council
<br />forecasts and 2000 Census data. Information is gathered and displayed in a number of tables.
<br />Table 3-3 shows historical census population of the City. The table also contains Metropolitan Councils
<br />population forecasts made in April 2005 for 2010, 2020 and 2030. These projections are based on
<br />household projections which have since been updated and are detailed later in this Plan. Table 3-4 shows
<br />the age breakdown of the City's and County's population.
