HRA Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-05-092 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE RAMSEY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority, herein referred to as <br />the "Ramsey HRA", owns various parcels throughout the City of Ramsey <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA of the City of Ramsey is authorized to approve the sale of <br />said parcels <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA has received and entered into a formal purchase <br />agreement for the purchase of said parcels as legally described as follows: <br />OUTLOT A, COR ONE <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY HRA OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey HRA hereby approves the sale of OUTLOT A of COR ONE in The <br />COR to CommonBond Communities for a total of $435,000 for the development of an <br />affordable housing apartment complex. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by HRA <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairman <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
