CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Pro Tem Backous called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 <br />p.m., and led in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at the <br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Randy Backous <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Jason Tossey <br />Mayor Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Jill Johns <br />City Administrator Kurds Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Building Official Rick Jarson <br />Development Services Manager Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />City Planner Chris Anderson <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />2.01: Swearing in of New Patrol Officer Bradley Hesse <br />Police Chief Way introduced Patrol Officer Hesse who was then sworn in by City Attorney <br />Langel.
