Development Services Manager Gladhill stated such an application would follow the public <br />process if it meets all minimum standards of the Zoning Code. <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated this property is owned by the City so the Purchase Agreement <br />can reflect and assure the City's intended use. <br />Assistant to the City Administrator Brama stated the EDA recommends providing a window of <br />time to market the site for a data center development and if not a successful initiative, staff will <br />bring back a Case to the EDA and Council to discuss the future use of this property. That <br />process will entail public meetings. <br />Councilmember Kuzma stated if a viable residential project comes in that meets the standards of <br />the Code, he would consider it. However, he is also concerned about the issue of traffic. <br />Mayor Strommen stated the Council would have to talk about that because there is interest in <br />allowing a window of time to attract a data center. <br />3. TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION <br />Councilmember LeTourneau stated he has been receiving inquiries about signing on Highway 47 <br />near Bunker. He stated he struggles with a Highway 10 business selling adult clothing and asked <br />if the business' large truck is a violation of the ordinance. Councilmember LeTourneau <br />encouraged the Council to review the Highway 10 Redevelopment Study and related maps so <br />access points, flying bridges, and turning locations can be discussed and commentary offered. <br />Mayor Strommen asked about creating a Community Engagement Process between the EDA and <br />Highway 10 businesses. <br />Development Services Manager Gladhill stated the Highway 10 Study Group will be providing <br />an update next week when more will be learned. He stated that Study Group is considering some <br />land use planning and a business meeting could also be considered. <br />Mayor Strommen stated one concern is on the south side of Highway 10 and the frontage road <br />system. <br />Development Services Manager Gladhill stated the question on signs is on the Future Topic List. <br />Staff has been looking at the Highway 47 and Bunker multi -tenant sign mentioned by <br />Councilmember LeTourneau and agreed there is probably a better way to do that. He indicated <br />staff will take a second look at it. <br />Councilmember Kuzma stated the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization will <br />consider a revised JPA at its June meeting based on considerations put forward by Ramsey.
