Commissioner Riley stated this project will also add to the City's tax base and bring more <br />business into The COR. <br />Motion by Commissioner LeTourneau, seconded by Commissioner Strommen, to adopt <br />Resolution #HRA -14 -04 -078, Requesting that Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority (HRA) Allocate $250,000 of its Levy towards the Development of an Affordable <br />Housing Complex by Common Bond. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Backous, Commissioners LeTourneau, Strommen, <br />Johns, Kuzma, and Riley. Voting No: Commissioner Tossey. <br />5.02: Continue Consideration of Affordable Housing Developer Letter of Interest for <br />Development of a Portion of Parcel 47 (West of The Residence at The COR and East <br />of Coborn's) <br />This Case was considered prior to Case 5.01. <br />6.
