PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA Commissioner Brauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #14 -05 -078 RESOLUTION CONCERNING A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND A MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 14 CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, (the "City ") has prepared and proposed to adopt a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1 (the "Development Program Modification ") and a Modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 14 (the "TIF Plan Modification) therefor. The Development Program Modification and the TIF Plan Modification are referred to collectively herein as (the "Modifications ") and has submitted the Modifications to the City Planning Commission (the "Commission ") pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subd. 3, and WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Modifications to determine their conformity with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole as described in the comprehensive plan for the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is in agreement with the Modifications. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Modifications conform with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole and the Planning Commission recommends the Modifications to the City Council for its approval The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Nosan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairperson Levine Commissioner Brauer Commissioner Nosan Commissioner Field
