Case #4: Authorize Transportation Consulting Services <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the Finance Committee had earlier discussed utilizing the <br />consulting services of The Tinklenberg Group. The Tinklenberg Group's principal contact is <br />Elwyn Tinklenberg, the most recent Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation (MnDOT). The City would utilize the services of The Tinklenberg Group to <br />assist in identifying and implementing strategies that would lead to positive land-use and <br />transportation improvements within the TH # 10 corridor. The Finance Committee directed staff <br />to negotiate a contract with Mr. Tinklenberg for a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000.
