The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 9:14 p.m. <br />Assistant to the City Administrator Patrick Brama explained the Council discussed pricing of the <br />two parcels that will be added to the existing CBRE contract. The Council reached a consensus <br />to accept a proposal from CBRE for suggested asking prices and other contingency prices. There <br />was a discussion regarding contract language. <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Backous, to accept the <br />proposed contract amendment. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Backous, <br />Kuzma, Riley, and Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Johns. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Dedication of Elmcrest Park Building <br />Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood announced the dedication <br />ceremony of the Elmcrest Park Building is tentatively scheduled for July 10, 2014. Due to the <br />difficult winter, some of the site improvements are still in progress. He suggested the Council <br />discuss this item in June. <br />8.02: Other <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. He noted this meeting is <br />the last for Matt Perkins, camera operator with QCTV. He thanked Mr. Perkins for his service. <br />9.
