Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-06-107 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MEMBER <br />WHEREAS, there is one vacant seat on the Environmental Policy Board which was <br />created as a result of an early resignation; and <br />WHEREAS, a recruitment was conducted resulting in two candidates that were <br />interviewed at the May 27, 2014, work -session.; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council agreed by consensus to appoint Mr. Reid Bernaird to the <br />Environmental Policy Board for a partial term ending March 31, 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to adopt resolution #14-06-107 to appoint Mr. Reid Bernaird to a partial term on <br />the Environmental Policy Board effective through March 31, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the 'foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member, <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10th day of June, 2014. <br />
