This item shall be titled "Common Borrow ". Measurement shall be by the Cubic Yard — Loose Volume CY (LV). Payment shall be at the unit price of $12.00 per CY (LV) with an approximate quantity of 1,620 CY(LV) This item shall be added to section 02330 and reference MnDOT 2105.523 specifications. The material used shall be salvaged from the City stockpile. Compensation shall include all cost to load, haul and place the material in accordance with the specifications. There is no change in the Contract Time as a result of this Change Order.
