• Consider Use of QCTV Allocated "Capital Account" Dollars for the Purchase of AV <br />Equipment in the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />HRA (Immediately following Council - CC) <br />• COR Maintenance <br />Charter Commission. The Charter Commission has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, June <br />25, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. They will be discussing two issues. The <br />first item is the proposed franchise fee ordinance which failed introduction at the City Council <br />meeting of June 10. At the request of the City Council, the Charter will be reviewing language <br />and determining if a question relating to franchise fees should be placed on the November ballot. <br />The second item they will be looking at is to consider amending Section 8.4.5 — counter petitions <br />to Council initiated improvements. <br />Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, <br />June 26, at Two Rivers Winery, located at 6111 Highway 10 NW in Ramsey. Council and staff <br />are invited to attend. Two Rivers will also be hosting a Grand Opening from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 <br />p.m., Saturday, June 28. The kids arrive at 7:45 a.m., and leave at 4:30 p.m. Please let Chandra <br />know if you plan to stop by during camp with an approximate time frame.
