Tori, <br />Attached is the revised staging map for urban services. <br />In relation to your request for other information, I submit the following. <br />It should be noted that there is no development plan proposed for any of the <br />parcels in question. <br />Any development on the property contained in the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment (CPA) will need to be reviewed and receive permits from the Lower <br />Rum River Watershed Management Organization. This is standard operating <br />procedure for all developments within the City of Ramsey. <br />Any development on the property contained in the CPA will be directed to <br />create and construct the trail corridor as shown in Figure X-1 of the Ramsey <br />Comprehensive Plan, consistent with past practices of the City of Ramsey. <br />Due to location of the property within the Mississippi Critical River, any <br />development on the parcels will need to be consistent with the sprit and <br />intent of the Ramsey's Critical Area Plan and the comply with the City's <br />Critical River Ordinance.
