NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 7, 2003, immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Board of Adjustment at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Comprehensive Plan amendment to change the land use designation from Places to Live to Places to Shop on a portion of the property generally located south of Highway #10 and west of State of Minnesota Wayside Rest Area and Park and legally described as follows: The west 132 feet of Lot 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 33, as measured at right angels from the west line of said Lot 6, Anoka County, Minnesota. And That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying south of U.S. Highway 10 as it now exists. And That part of Government Lot 4, Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of U.S. Highway 10 as it now exists, except the easterly 158 feet. And Lot 5, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed comprehensive plan amendment. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
