<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of
<br />Ramsey Planning Commis3ion will hold a
<br />public hearing on Thursday, August 7,
<br />2003, immediately following the 7:00
<br />p.m. Board of Adjustment at Ramsey Fire
<br />Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW,
<br />Ramsey, MN 55303:
<br />The purpose of the hearing is to con-
<br />sider a Comprehensive Plan amendment
<br />to'change the land use designation from
<br />Places to Live to Places to Shop on a por-
<br />tion of the property generally located
<br />south of Highway #10 and west of State
<br />of Minnesota Wayside Rest Area and Park
<br />and legally described as follows:
<br />The west 132 feet of Lot 6,
<br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 33, as
<br />measured at right angels from the
<br />west line of said Lot 6, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota.
<br />And
<br />That part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of Section 19, Township 32,
<br />Range 25, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota lying south of U.S.
<br />Highway 10 as it now exists.
<br />And
<br />That part of Government Lot 4,
<br />Section 19, Township 32, Range
<br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />lying south of U.S. Highway 10 as
<br />it now exists, except the easterly
<br />158 feet.
<br />And
<br />Lot 5, Block 3, Northfork Links
<br />Addition, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota.
<br />All interested persons are invited to
<br />attend the hearing and comment on the
<br />proposed comprehensive plan amend-
<br />ment. The City of Ramsey complies with
<br />the Americans With Disabilities Act and
<br />upon advance request, information will
<br />be provided in an alternative form and
<br />interpreters will be available. Any person
<br />with such a request should contact JoAnn
<br />Shaw at 763-427-1410 by noon on
<br />Thursday, July 31, 2003. There is a TDD
<br />machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the

<br />Written comments are welcome and
<br />shall be addressed to the Ramsey
<br />Planning Commission, 15153 Nowthen
<br />Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. Written
<br />comments shall be received at the above
<br />address prior to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday,
<br />August 7, 2003.
