The Ramsey City <br />Ramsey Municipal <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />1. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />None. <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at the <br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Mayor Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Randy Backous (left at 9:48 p.m.) <br />Councilmember Jill Johns <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Jason Tossey <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Human Resources Manager Colleen Lasher <br />Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br />Economic Development Manager Ted LaFrance <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />City Clerk Jo Thieling <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Presentation of the Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting for Year <br />Ending December 31, 2012 <br />The Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting (CAFR) was presented by the MN <br />Government Finance Officers Association State Representative Brenda Davitt. She indicated <br />this is the highest form of government reporting. The City of Ramsey had to conform to the <br />State's demanding high standings and this is the 19 year the City of Ramsey has received this <br />achievement. <br />City Council / June 10, 2014 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />
