The map below indicates the current Study Area. The City invites you to participate in the <br />process and to review land use alternatives. <br />The City is interested in surrounding residents' thoughts on use of the study area as a future business park and portions as retail. The <br />City will also discuss appropriate design standards for the ultimate use of the study area. This discussion is focused on land use guidance: <br />1) how the area is guided for future private development within the Comprehensive Plan; 2) setting permitted uses within the City's <br />Zoning Code.
