ORDINANCE #14-08 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS <br />ZONING AND SUBDIVISIONS OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 117-118 (THE COR DISTRICT) OF THE RAMSEY <br />CITY CODE. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENTS <br />Section 117-118 Subd. (c)(1), Table 1 is hereby amended to list drive thrus as a Permitted Use in the COR- <br />1 Subdistrict. <br />Section 117-118 Subd. (e) is amended as follows: (additions indicated as underline, deletions indicated as <br />ctrikc through): <br />8. Within the COR-1 subdistrict, the drive-thru lane shall be located in the rear or side yard <br />only. A drive thru lane shall not be located adiacent to anv Destination Street as <br />classified in The COR Design Framework. <br />
