1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a comprehensive plan amendment for Lots <br />1-7 and Outlots B, C, and D, RIDGEPOINTE from Places to Work to Low Density <br />Residential and directs Staff to submit an application to the Metropolitan Council for <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment, subject to adjacent agency review if required. Outlot A <br />shall remain as places to Work. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a zoning amendment for Lots 1-7 and <br />Outlots B, C, and D, RIDGEPOINTE from E-1 Employment District to R-1 Residential <br />(MUSA) District. Outlot A shall remain as E-1 Employment District. <br />3) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to RIDGEPOINTE <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />Review Letter dated July 3, 2014. <br />4) Items #1-3 above are all contingent upon the following: <br />a. The Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />b. The Developer shall secure a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) prior to Final Plat <br />approval. <br />c. Highway 10 Access Planning Study `Tungsten Street Area' Local Road <br />Alternative #2, which is a backage road for 13601 Tungsten Street and 6100, <br />6120, and 6140 Highway 10, is removed from the Highway 10 Access Planning <br />Study. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 22nd day of July, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #14-07-136 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
