Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-06-102 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM STREET FRONTAGE OR LOT WIDTH <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Greg Bauer hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a <br />variance from the minimum lot width requirement established in Section 117-111 of the Ramsey <br />City Code in order to reconfigure lot lines without creating any new buildable lots on land legally <br />described property in Exhibit A, attached hereto: <br />("Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for a variance to minimum <br />lot width/street frontage for the Applicant on June 5, 2014; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Applicants appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code on June 5, 2014, and that said public hearing was <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated a part <br />of these findings by reference. <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned R-1 Residential -Rural Developing. <br />3. That the Subject Property is surrounded by R-1 Rural Developing zoning. <br />4. That the Applicant is in the process of altering the configuration of two existing parcels via <br />the minor subdivision process. <br />5. That Lot 1 under the proposed subdivision contains an existing residence and is proposed to <br />be 5.60 acres. <br />6. That Lot 2 under the proposed subdivision is proposed to be 8.22 acres in size. <br />7. That newly created Outlot A would be approximately 13.93 acres <br />8. That Section 117-111 states that the minimum lot width in the R-1 Rural Developing District <br />is 200 feet, defined as the width measured at the property line abutting the street. <br />
