ORDINANCE #14-05 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY REAL ESTATE TO <br />IMPERIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />The City is authorized to sell real property by ordinance pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section <br />412.211 and City Charter section 12.5. <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey's to convey certain real <br />properties that the Council determined are no longer necessary for the City's purposes. It is in the <br />best interests of the City and its residents to sell the properties on the open market. <br />SECTION 3. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property as surplus property <br />and authorizes said property to be conveyed/sold to Imperial Development Company, LLC for a <br />retail development: <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1, RIVER'S BEND PLAZA 2" ADDITION <br />SECTION 4. TERMS OF SALE/CONVEYANCE <br />The City Council has by a properly enacted action determined the consideration and terms upon <br />which the above -described property may be conveyed/sold. <br />SECTION 5.
