<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-06-122 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ALPINE WOODS THIRD <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Oakwood Land Development, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, <br />has properly applied for final plat approval of ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot C, Alpine Woods <br /> <br />-Or upon recording- <br /> <br /> Lots 1, Block, ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on August 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application for sketch <br />plan, final plat, and variance from the Applicant for a plat to be named ALPINE WOODS THIRD <br />ADDITION; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on September 3, 2013, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Applicant modify the proposed alteration to the temporary cul-de-sac; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on November 7, 2013, the Planning Commission reviewed a revised sketch <br />plan, which still had documented opposition to reducing the size of the cul-de-sac due to on-street <br />parking and emergency vehicle access; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on February 6, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed another revised <br />sketch plan, which now does not propose to modify the existing temporary cul-de-sac, which will <br />now become a permanent cul-de-sac due to lack of redevelopment on the parcel to the north; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 24, 2014, the City Council reviewed the final plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to ALPINE WOODS THIRD <br />ADDITION in accordance with relevant codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
