Chairperson Levine stated if things can be run parallel, that is an option, and the City will assure <br />an appropriate process is followed. <br />Commissioner Bauer stated if the Planning Commission can get a good sense at the July meeting <br />of whether it will be the north or south route, then it can proceed. <br />Chairperson Levine stated that is why the Planning Commission has to wait. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill stated if a consensus is reached, there will be <br />substantial divisiveness in what that alternative will be so the pros and cons of each will need to <br />be considered. <br />5.06: Staff Update <br />Community Development Director Gladhill provided updates on the following: Brookfield, <br />Armstrong West (future business park), and Old Municipal Center Data Center feasibility. <br />Commissioner Brauer complimented staff on the visual presentations made during tonight's <br />meeting. <br />5.07: Zoning Bulletins <br />Zoning Bulletins were noted. <br />6. COMMISSION / STAFF INPUT <br />None. <br />7. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Maul, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Brauer, Maul, Bauer, Nosan, <br />and VanScoy. Voting No: None.
