HRA Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION HRA #14-07-145 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE <br />RAMSEY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY TO PSD, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority, herein referred to as <br />the "Ramsey HRA", owns various parcels throughout the City of Ramsey <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA of the City of Ramsey is authorized to approve the sale of <br />said parcels <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA has received and entered into a formal purchase <br />agreement for the sale of said parcels as legally described as follows to PSD, LLC: <br />OUTLOTS A and B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11th ADDITION (CONSISTING OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 13.04 ACRES) <br />And <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11TH ADDITION, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA, EXCEPT THAT PART WHICH LIES SOUTHERLY OF THE <br />FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY <br />CORNER OF LOT 1; THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF NORTH ALONG <br />THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1 FOR 186.92 FEET TO THE ACTUAL POINT <br />OF BEGINNING OF THE LINE TO BE DESCRIBED; THENCE ON A BEARING <br />WEST FOR 692.28 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 1 AND THERE <br />TERMINATING (CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .93 ACRES) <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY HRA OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey HRA hereby approves the sale of the aforementioned real property to <br />PSD, LLC for a total of $1,922,089.60. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by HRA <br />Commissioner , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
