9. That the proposed expansion will maintain the existing fifty-five (55) foot setback and not <br />encroach upon any other setbacks and/or drainage and utility easements. <br />10. That the new equipment shelter will have an exterior finish of exposed aggregate concrete. <br />11. That the Amendment will/will not alter the locality' s essential character. <br />12. That the Amendment will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />13. That the Amendment will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br />property. <br />14. That the Amendment will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />15. That the Amendment will/will not unreasonably increase congestion on the public street. <br />16. That the Amendment will/will not have the effect of allowing any uses prohibited in the <br />17. That the Amendment will/will not permit a lesser degree of public health, safety, and <br />general welfare. <br />18. That the Amendment will/will not permit standards that are lower than those required by <br />state law. <br />19. That the Amendment will/will not increase the danger of fire or endanger public safety. <br />20.
