9. That the proposed expansion will maintain the existing fifty-five (55) foot setback and not <br />encroach upon any other setbacks and/or drainage and utility easements. <br />10. That the new equipment shelter will have an exterior finish of exposed aggregate concrete. <br />11. That the Amendment will/will not alter the locality' s essential character. <br />12. That the Amendment will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />13. That the Amendment will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br />property. <br />14. That the Amendment will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />15.
