Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-08-153 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF PINE RIDGE <br />WHEREAS, 21st Century Bank, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for preliminary plat of the following described property located <br />in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot F, Brookfield First Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on July 7, 2014 the City of Ramsey received applications for Sketch Plan <br />and Preliminary Plat review for BROOKFIELD 5th ADDITION from the Developer; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 7, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on <br />the Sketch Plan and Preliminary Plat for BROOKFIELD 5T ADDITION. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to BROOKFIELD <br />5TH ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon compliance <br />with the Staff Review Letter dated August 1, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day of August 2014. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
